Wellness Forward | Radical Transformation

Wellness Forward is similar to a retreat but we focus on Mind, Body & Soul to catapult you forward. Instead of retreating and pulling back to get away from our lives, we like archery. A bow drawn in archery is the method or technique of pulling back the bowstring to store energy for the bow to fire an arrow. We believe that by addressing 4 fundamental areas of your life; money, energy, stress relief, and nutrition - YOU will have a Radical Transformation and be able to hit your targets. Not running away from our lives to take a break, but to restore our energy to wellness at all levels. This Wellness Forward is similar to a spa-like retreat, where we will do a combination of transformational work and of relaxing and rebooting ourselves to move forward with wellness and speed.
